Ownership and Copyright

All artwork sold on this website is the exclusive property of Wishing Well Photography and is protected by copyright law. By view or purchasing a print from this website, you acknowledge that you are only able to  acquire a printed copy, and not any ownership or copyright of the artwork itself.

Permitted Use
Prints on this website are intended solely for personal use. Any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, display, or modification of the artwork is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Wishing Well Photography.

Restrictions
You agree not to:

  • Copy, download, screenshot, or digitally reproduce the artwork in any form.

  • Alter, modify, or create derivative works based on the artwork.

  • Use the artwork in any advertising, marketing materials, or for any form of monetary gain by the purchaser.

  • Share or distribute the artwork in any digital or physical format without permission.

Limitations of Use
All artwork purchased is solely for personal enjoyment. Any unauthorized use, including but not limited to copying, commercial distribution, or use in advertising, may result in legal action.

Products
I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of my products that appear on the store. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Changes to Terms
Wishing Well Photography reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Shipping / Returns

Shipping
Shipping is directly from the printers. They will take great care to ensure your fine art prints are shipped securely.
Each print is carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Only high-quality materials and protective packaging is used to safeguard your artwork until it reaches your doorstep.

Refund / Returns
All my prints are printed to order so I cannot offer any refunds or exchanges for changes of mind on a purchase. 

Damaged Goods
Should your parcel arrive damaged please contact me as soon as possible but within 7 days. Please take images of the damaged print and the packaging. I require this for insurance purposes.

Tracking your Order
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number if one is available. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.
